Terms of Service

1. Our services

Klant Studio creates and manages paid advertising campaigns, mainly on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), for independent professionals and service businesses. The specific scope of each client's services is described on the Site and confirmed with the client before work begins.

2. Free launch month

New clients may receive a free launch month. It is a fixed pack, the same for every client, and includes:

• Ad account and pixel setup
• 1 active campaign
• 3 ad creatives
• A final report with results and a plan recommendation

Ad spend is not included. Anything outside this pack is not part of the free launch month and is quoted separately. At the end of the launch month, the client decides whether to continue with a paid plan. There is no obligation to continue.

3. Paid plans and fees

Paid plans start in month two. Plan details, limits, and fees are shown on the Site or confirmed during a call. Fees are billed monthly. Prices may change; any change will be communicated to active clients before it applies to them.

4. Ad spend

Ad spend is not included in any plan or in the free launch month. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to Meta or the relevant ad platform. Klant Studio is not responsible for charges made by ad platforms.

5. Creatives and revisions

• Creatives included in each plan are for ads only. Stories and organic posts are not included unless purchased as an add-on.
• Each creative includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
• The client approves every creative before it goes live.

6. Add-ons

Website or landing page design, branding and logo design, photo and video shoots, extra creatives, and consulting are not included in any plan. They are quoted separately.

7. Client responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about their business, services, and prices
• Have the rights to any photos, videos, logos, or other materials they provide to us
• Make sure their services and any claims in their ads are truthful and comply with applicable laws and licensing rules
• Keep their ad accounts in good standing and follow the ad platforms' policies
• Respond to leads and inquiries generated by the ads

8. No guaranteed results

We work to get our clients new clients, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including ad platform algorithms, market conditions, budget, pricing, and how leads are handled. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue.

9. Ad platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta. These platforms may change their rules, reject ads, limit reach, or suspend accounts. Klant Studio is not responsible for actions taken by these platforms, but we will help the client address them when possible.

10. Ownership

Once the related fees are paid, the client may use the final ad creatives made for them. Klant Studio keeps ownership of its templates, methods, and working files. We may show work we've done for a client in our portfolio or marketing only with the client's permission.

11. Cancellation

There is no long-term contract. Either party can cancel a paid plan with 15 days' written notice (email is fine). Fees already paid for the current period are not refundable, unless required by law.

12. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on the Site belongs to Klant Studio unless stated otherwise.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klant Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees the client paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
